At RestorAll, your satisfaction is important to us. We stand behind the quality of RefluxCare™ and are committed to providing a fair and transparent refund policy.


60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee from the date your order is marked as delivered by the carrier.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 60 days of confirmed delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.


Important Product Notice

RefluxCare™ is a dietary supplement. Results vary from person to person. For best results and to qualify for a satisfaction refund, we recommend consistent use as directed for a minimum of 4 weeks before determining whether the product is suitable for you.

The recommended dosage is 2 capsules per day — one with lunch and one with dinner. Refund requests submitted without evidence of consistent use as directed may not qualify for a full refund.


Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Your request must be submitted within 60 days of confirmed delivery.
  • You must contact us before returning any item.
  • Returns must receive prior written approval.
  • Returned product must be received at our UK returns address before any refund is processed.
  • Refunds are limited to one per customer and per household.

Because our products are perishable consumable supplements, we do not restock returned items for resale.


No Buyer's Remorse Policy

Refunds are not granted for buyer's remorse, change of mind, or personal preference after purchase. Dissatisfaction due solely to unmet expectations without consistent use as directed for a minimum of 4 weeks does not qualify for a full refund.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of:

  • Abuse of the refund policy
  • Excessive refund history
  • Fraudulent claims
  • Chargeback threats or disputes filed before contacting support

Medical or Sensitivity Exceptions

If you experience sensitivity or adverse reactions and cannot continue use, please contact us immediately. Partial refunds may be offered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion in such situations.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Products returned without prior written authorization will not be refunded.
  • Return instructions will be provided after your request is approved.
  • Refunds are processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Shipping fees
  • Orders marked as final sale
  • Products returned without authorization
  • Packages lost, stolen, or refused after confirmed delivery
  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Processing Time

Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. Depending on your financial institution, additional processing time may apply.

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank or card issuer before contacting us.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging. We will resolve the issue promptly.
