You may request a refund within 60 days of the date your order is marked as delivered by the carrier.

Important product notice

RefluxCare™ is a dietary supplement and results vary from person to person. We recommend consistent use as directed (one capsule twice daily with a meal) for at least 4 weeks before deciding whether the product is right for you.

How to request a return

  1. Contact us first: email support@restorall.com with your order number and the reason for your request.
  2. Wait for approval: returns must be approved in writing before you send anything back. We will reply with your return instructions.
  3. Send the product back to our returns address:

Return shipping costs

  • Damaged, defective or incorrect items: no cost to you. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging and we will make it right.
  • All other returns: return shipping is paid by the customer.

Refunds

Once your approved return is received and inspected, your refund is processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may need a few additional days to show the credit.

Conditions

  • One refund per customer and per household.
  • Because supplements are consumable products, returned items are not resold.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (shipping is free on all orders).
  • Products returned without prior authorization cannot be refunded.
  • We may decline requests in cases of policy abuse, fraudulent claims or a chargeback opened before contacting support.

Sensitivity or adverse reactions

If you experience sensitivity and cannot continue use, stop taking the product and contact us. We will review your case individually.
