Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated Shipping Times

Orders are shipped through our fulfillment partners. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

United States & Canada: 5–8 business days
UK & Europe: 7–10 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 7–10 business days
Rest of World: 7–10 business days

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates.

Customs and Duties

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is accurate at checkout.

Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for reshipment or refund.
